Reed is an entrepreneurial, highly creative, multi-talented leader and advisor with more than 20 years of experience. As a start up Executive with multiple exits and active member of the Pacific Northwest startup community, Reed appreciates the complexities of bringing new products to new markets.

Prior to Codezero, Reed has held roles at Agreement Express, Monexa, NetSuite and Oracle.

Narayan Sainaney

Narayan loves the intersection of technology and business strategy. He has a passion for all things technology and his motto is: if it runs on silicon, I can master it. With a career spanning desktop applications, web, mobile and now cloud computing, Narayan has shipped products that run on numerous platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, AWS, Azure).

Prior to Codezero, Narayan founded Mojio, the first company to connect cars to the internet and has held roles at Microsoft and Aldus.

David Shore

David is a start-up entrepreneur with a corporate finance background focusing on the technology sector. His vast transaction experience helps focus companies on the milestones required to build corporate value for the next transaction and the ultimate exit.

Prior to Codezero, David co-founded Moj.io in 2012, the leading platform for connecting cars with over 1 million monthly subscribers in 8 countries and growing. As Mojio’s CFO, he led multiple financings totaling over $75M and resulting in a current post-money valuation of over $200M. Initially, he also led operations, admin, HR, legal and governance.
